Academies of Kauai & Employee Advisory Council Relaunch

On Wednesday, September 7th, we shared the work the KEDB has been engaged in since the onset of the pandemic, provided you with an academy overview, and heard from CAS Hamada. With CAS Hamada’s leadership, the EAC’s strategic plan, and our partnership with you, we believe we are staged to provide world-class work-based learning experiences for all our Kaua'i students.

In the future, we will send you information outlining how you can connect or reconnect with the EAC. The Academies of Kauai cannot provide the relevant learning experiences we all desire for our students without strong business and industry partnerships.

Thank you to all who joined us on September 7th at the Kauai Philippine Cultural Center. We know how incredibly busy you are and want you to know how appreciative we are of your time and talents.

Please feel free to review the attached Kauaʻi Employee Advisory Council Strategic Plan PDF document. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, contact us at any time.

We look forward to our partnership.

Makana Reilly

Director of Work-Based Learning

Kauaʻi Economic Development Board
